REG - FAQ0001 Q: How do I request an account on the system? A: Visit the Registration page and fill in the required fields to request an account.

REG - FAQ0002 Q: How can a new person in the Trust become a Local Administrator? A: All Local Administrators should undertake or complete the Local Administrator Training Module and have an authorisation from CEO or senior member from each trust/organisation that they wish to register for. To register for a Local administrator role please follow the steps below: Step 1 Complete the Local Administrator CEO Authorisation Form to confirm that you have been authorised to be the Local Administrator by your organisation. Step 2 Complete the Local Administrator Training Module. Upon completion of the Local Administrator Authorisation Form you will be emailed a link to complete the Local Administrator Training Module Step 3 Register on the HCAI Data Capture System Step 4 Activate your Account. Once the Local Administrator Training Module has been completed PHE will authorise your account request. You will be sent an email requesting that you verify your account request. Select the “Verify Account” link in the email (this sometimes goes to your Junk mail) to complete the registration process. Please note that the verification link is only valid for 24 hrs. Activate your Account. Once the Local Administrator Training Module has been completed PHE will authorise your account request. REG - FAQ0003 Q: I am trying to register and am unable to select any roles as the 'roles' drop down is blank A: Please ensure you have ticked the box next to the name of your organisation. This will enable the DCS to activate the roles dropdown.

REG - FAQ0004 Q: When is the next available Training session for the HCAI Data Capture system? A: We currently do not have a date set for a training session on the use of the Data Capture System/interpretation of the data, however we are planning to conduct a session(s) in the future. Please email mandatory.surveillance@ukhsa.gov.uk, we will then add your name to the list and contact you as soon as we have any further information.
