AUA - FAQ0001 Q: How do I authorise an account request ? A: Only local administrators are able to authorise user accounts for their organisation. Please go to the 'Manage Account Requests' authorisation page on the HCAI data capture system, click view next to the users name and authorise or reject account requests.
